Emotion Release Technique™ is a gentle yet powerful tool that helps uncover and release the underlying emotional drivers that may be impacting your physical health, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
ERT uses muscle testing to assess the subconscious and then processes stored emotions using acupuncture and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) points and breathing. It works to restore balance, clarity, and wellness.
